Instant coffee was invented in 1901 by Gori Kato, a Japanese American living in Chicago. In 1938, Nestle introduced instant coffee to the market for the first time. The taste and variety of instant coffee has undergone many improvements and changes, so that today we can make a cup of delicious coffee from instant coffee. Instant coffee has many advantages over roasted coffee, besides being easier to brew: it has a longer shelf life, a longer taste, and most importantly, it is faster, cheaper, and cleaner. Like other coffee products, instant coffee is made from ground coffee. The first procedure involves espresso, which extracts the water from the coffee. It can be concentrated by hot so-called "ray drying" or by freezing to produce soluble coffee powder or coffee particles. Coffee essence may be lost throughout the dehydration process, but it can be returned to the product later in the production process.

Instant coffee is easy to use:

Craft ice cream coffee

Mix instant coffee with hot water, add sugar (yellow sugar effect is better) to cool; choose cream ice cream ball or vanilla ice cream ball, gently rotate in the cup with a stirring rod; after the ice ball is soft, slowly pull out the stirring rod, ice cream floating on the coffee surface, slightly coffee flavor, cold, soft and delicious.

Homemade coffee jelly

The raw materials are mainly coffee and gelatin, with a ratio of 5:1. First add about 10 times the hot water to the instant coffee, then add gelatin in a small amount of warm water to the hot coffee and stir until completely melted; then put the mixture into the refrigerator to solidify into ice. Add creamer or condensed milk before serving. It tastes bitter with a hint of sweetness and has a slightly elastic taste.
