How to make iced coffee at home
Ice drop coffee originated in Europe, originally invented by the Dutch, also known as "Dutch Coffee". Iced coffee refers to coffee powder that has been ground for a long time at room temperature or in cold water. In the process, ground coffee beans need to be completely soaked in water for up to 12 hours or more. Coffee obtained by soaking at a low temperature tastes sweeter than ordinary coffee because the coffee powder does not come into contact with hot water in the process of making coffee, thus reducing the acidity of the coffee itself.
