Know that CLAC (WLAC is the world pull flower, CLAC is the abbreviation of the Chinese competition) this competition is because a good friend told me after coming back from the 2014 Shanghai competition. At that time, when I saw the video of the competition and saw the pattern of the champion, I began to understand and learn it. I borrowed a cup of the competition and learned all kinds of patterns without hesitation. At that time, I encountered a lot of difficulties, no teacher, no sense of direction. Downloaded all kinds of videos, and finally downloaded a foreign APP:instagram on the recommendation of another friend. Until today, fans of this software used for learning have already 10K, watching their own growing experience all the way. In this strange, empty little space, they constantly refresh their learning achievements every day. Sometimes I watch videos in the middle of the night and learn in the middle of the night. Even crazy to the peak of all-night study. But bottlenecks are like your enemies, laughing at you every day, forcing you to learn more and make more progress.
Finally, I encountered the biggest difficulty in my life: the grease defect brought me the biggest trouble. When I opened the shop, I bought an electric baking machine that could only bake 200g beans, and there was no way to catch up with the amount of learning. but at that time, I had exhausted all the funds raised by opening the store, and in desperation, I raised all my relationships to buy a 1000G roaster and began the sad process of baking lace beans. I don't know how to be like all kinds of dazzling grease in the video of the foreign god of drawing flowers. I finally developed a kind of oil suitable for learning pull flowers in the breakthrough of grease. In the eyes of many baking masters, this is actually an easy thing, but the process of self-learning is also a kind of further study of exploration and exploration. When the beautiful pattern is presented in a serious situation, it instantly increases the determination to persist. Although it was exhausted at that time, it was a big step forward to understand Lahwa in order to participate in the competition the next year. I just want to share it with the friends around me. As the 2014 World Cup is approaching, since I watched the football match with the guests, I simply opened countless nights of all-night special training, that is, the process of constantly watching videos and self-growth, imitating and thinking. I met a lot of enthusiasts in a Chinese APP software (Meipai). I also got to know all kinds of heroes in China in this way. They are so excellent that in my eyes, I not only worship them. Envy that they can easily make patterns that I dare not imagine, so I have a lot of channels to learn. In the exchange of various puzzling problems, I get a lot of sharing from my predecessors, and theorize my vague feelings in the past. at this time, the second difficulty appeared, my milk production was very unstable, and I fell into all kinds of contradictions in constant training.
Since it is a difficult problem to solve, after all, there are always more ways than the problem, tested a lot of milk, found that can not overcome this awkward problem, in an accidental case, I even use 50 degrees milk to make a cup of Latte art, this temperature is not easy to produce is absolutely not intentional, well, holding the hypothetical state, I assume that the best lasting temperature of milk is about 50 degrees Of course, this is just a guess. Through continuous exploration, it has been proved that relatively low-temperature milk will prolong the separation time of milk and foam (of course, this relative result should be applicable to complex and difficult patterns. I am not recommended to produce and use it, remember that what I emphasize is only a relative result, to this day, I have not yet figured out the chemical changes of milk).
After dealing with the concentration and getting rid of the milk foam, I began to learn more about Lahua. From different cup shapes, different thickness of milk bubbles, different grease, and different speeds, I have summed up some ideas to share. I will tell you clearly because we lack more people to give selflessly in China. The power of one person alone is far from enough. Summary results:
Grease: the grease you need should be a grease that can show clean and high contrast between light and shade. It is not a lot of good extraction, but consistency, tension, fluidity, support. Many friends will choose super large portions of powder, super long extraction time, I think this is a misunderstanding, in fact, the extraction time is not as long as possible. Because some beans will go into an oil-free state once they are over-extracted.
Milk foam: the choice of milk is also a very difficult question. How much milk to choose and how much temperature is the most appropriate? for example, if you test the milk at 55 degrees, you are not beating it to 70 degrees and then waiting for it to cool down to pull flowers. Instead, it is necessary to accurately turn off the steam at 55 degrees in order to make a relatively good milk foam.
Split the cup and pour the cylinder: the milk needs to be divided into the cylinder after beating, because the rule of the game is to pour the cylinder with the amount of two cups of milk at the same time, the process of dividing the cylinder is a very important link, how to make the final finished product of the two cups more comprehensive, what is needed is to test the skill of turning the cylinder many times. I would like to recommend an example: after beating the milk foam in the jar of A, pour it to B (the cup used for drawing flowers, referred to as B for short), first make the first cup, and then pour An into B to continue to produce the second cup of flower drawing.
Race speed: no matter how you calculate the time of making the flower, the milk and the milk foam are on the way to separation, and you must finish it faster and faster, increasing the possibility of success, because when making the first cup of flower work, the grease and foam of the second cup are constantly breaking. My advice is to try not to allow each cup to take more than 35 seconds (which refers to the moment the milk is poured into the concentrate). Of course, contrary to my wishes, I have been overcoming this problem, which is not only an obstacle, but also a difficulty. Proficiency can help you do more overall process before the game and reduce strangeness.
