In recent years, according to the concept of developing modern agriculture, the Mang municipal party committee and municipal government have established the development strategy of "stable city of characteristic agriculture". The development of biological characteristic industry based on coffee and rubber has been promoted steadily, which has played an effective role in promoting economy and society. The embryonic form of characteristic agriculture in Mangshi plateau has been basically formed. Among them, by the end of last year, Mangshi coffee planting area reached 105300 mu. Legislation to protect Coffee planting, production and Marketing Coffee regulations is the first local law to regulate industrial development and market behavior in Dehong Prefecture. There are 32 Coffee regulations, including five aspects, defining the purpose and basis of legislation, and standardizing the planting, processing, sales and management of coffee. The regulations clearly define the responsibilities of governments at all levels and related departments in Dehong Prefecture in the development of coffee industry, which is a local law regulating the development of coffee industry in Dehong Prefecture in an all-round way.

Su Hongtao, deputy governor of Dehong Prefecture, said that we should take the implementation of the Coffee regulations as an opportunity to take more measures to promote the rapid and healthy development of the industry. In the future, Dehong Prefecture plans to increase financial support, increase the subsidy for coffee planting from 100 yuan per mu to 180 yuan per mu, and increase the minimum protection price for fresh coffee from 2 yuan per kilogram to 2.5 yuan per kilogram.
