"Datra Sweet Confluence" was born Brazilian Coffee beans
The average elevation of Brazilian coffee is less than 1000 meters, and even South Minas, Serrado and Mojiana, the three major boutique producing areas, rarely exceed 1300 meters. The altitude is not high, the bean hardness is low, the fruit acidity is mild and sweet feeling is good, most suitable for making espresso. After 20 years of research and development and cultivation, Brazil's national treasure Datra Manor gives full play to the aesthetics of Brazilian soft beans.
Terres Paulson, a well-known Danish coffee maker, won the second ○⊙ Fifth World Cup barista contest with the espresso formula of "Datra Sweet Confluence". Two ⊙○ six-year Klaus Thomson also won the second ○○ six-year World Cup barista contest based on "Datra Sweet Congregation" with Costa Rican Raminita Manor Coffee. Since then, "Datra" formula beans have become the new favorite of boutique coffee.
Founded in 1974 in the Patrochinio area of Serrado in the central and western part of Minas province, Datra Manor was originally engaged in avocado and cattle husbandry, but did not devote itself to coffee cultivation until the 1980s. Datra is a high-tech coffee manor group. Its six coffee estates are located in five producing areas of Serrado and Mojiana, and then choose the most suitable varieties according to the altitude, climate, soil quality and microclimate of each region. in order to maximize the fragrance of various varieties, and then after expert cup test and comparison, we decided to use sun or half-sun treatment, in order to attract the most abundant sweet elves.
Under the guardianship of scientists, the "Datra Sweet Confluence", which caused a sensation in the boutique world, was born.
This super sweet square bean, including the four heavenly kings of Datra, namely, Huangpi bourbon, Huangpi Kaduai, New World and Ikatu 3282, is mixed according to a certain proportion. Norberto, the founder of Italian descent, has developed the sweet confluence with a rigorous attitude rarely seen in the world. The harvest times of the four major varieties are also different when they mature. Some are harvested on the first day when they mature and red, while others are not picked until they are ripe as late as the third day or even the fifth day. They are based entirely on the scientific data of the sweetness test, while the processing methods are a mixture of sunlight and half-sun. In other words, the four Heavenly Kings of Sweet Confluence have different maturity and handling methods. This is the excellent espresso formula beans created by Datra's valuable experience over the past 20 years. Datra processes the flavor of coffee from the upstream plantation, an innovative approach that is refreshing and demonstrates Brazil's proud coffee technology.
