Simply mix Irish coffee

Use sturdy glass wine glasses or tall, thick-walled glasses. First pour hot water into the glass, repeat several times and the glass will heat up. Rinse the cup with hot water for the last few times by preheating it with a small coffee spoon. Pour granulated sugar, Irish whiskey and black coffee into a glass in that order. Stir with a coffee spoon until the sugar dissolves, while still keeping the coffee spoon in the glass. The last part is also the most subtle: Place a dollop of cream on top of the coffee spoon and let the cream slide down the back of the handle into the coffee, while the tip of the coffee spoon remains in the coffee. A heated coffee spoon placed in the coffee helps keep the top cream in shape.
Do not stir coffee after adding cream, cream thickness of 1 cm is the best. Making Irish coffee is a pleasure in itself.
