Don't you ever want to live the same life again? Change your role and experience someone else's lifestyle.

Wipe away the dust gradually accumulated in the soul, and discover a different sky!

Let the foam float on the Espresso, then take a little chocolate to draw a beautiful pattern on the foam, and finally sprinkle cinnamon powder or coffee powder... The cute coffee shop in the Korean drama "Coffee Prince No.1 Shop" and the many pleasant coffee making scenes inside, I can't help but have a little yearning for the work of the barista...

The history of coffee cannot be recounted without mentioning that when Europeans first came into contact with coffee, they called this tempting drink "Arabica," and when conservative Catholics cursed coffee as "the drink of Satan," they never thought of what a precious thing they had inherited from "pagans."

According to historical records, coffee was first planted successfully in Taiwan in 1884, thus opening the prelude to the development of coffee in China. At the beginning of the 20th century, a French missionary brought the first batch of coffee seedlings to Binchuan County in Yunnan Province. In the next hundred years, coffee cultivation was only "scattered" in vast China. However, this has not affected the pace of coffee entering China. Nowadays, coffee, as a part of the western lifestyle, has already entered the room and become a popular fashion in Chinese cities. Various cafes and coffee making training centers have sprung up like mushrooms, becoming a consumption fashion for urban young people and decorating the urban style.

However, are you still satisfied with instant coffee or a cup of popular coffee in a cafe?

How do you know the true meaning of coffee? Enjoy a cup of hand MADE coffee made by a barista, or try making your own, which is more fun.

Learn to drink coffee.

Perhaps it is this curious and fearful attitude towards coffee that makes me decide to write this issue of learning to make coffee. In order to get started as soon as possible, and in order not to let the teacher down too much, so before the formal apprenticeship, I collected a lot of information about coffee, coffee history, coffee culture, coffee type, coffee bean selection...... this only found that coffee has so many magical stories. Therefore, he was eager to learn this lesson.

When I arrived, I happened to catch up with the senior barista Tan Songning, who was instructing two "students" to make coffee. The excitement of the "students" at the sight of someone was a little confusing, but our confusion was soon answered.

"Finally, there are tasters today!" It turned out that what they were excited about was having us as "test subjects" to taste their craft.

"How about this one?" After each cup, the maker will ask you nervously about the taste, and Teacher Tan will inadvertently comment on what the standard cappuccino tastes like, what defects this cup has, and so on.

After two or three cups of coffee, Teacher Tan still didn't want me to operate it personally. Finally, he couldn't help asking Teacher Tan when he would teach me to make coffee. Tan teacher is still calmly told me,"want to learn to make coffee, first of all, to learn to drink coffee." If you don't know what coffee tastes like, you won't know if your coffee tastes good, let alone what's wrong. How can you give someone else something you don't want to drink?

After listening to the teacher's teaching, I began to carefully savor each cup of coffee, and sure enough, the milk fragrance of cappuccino, the mellow fragrance of mocha, and the unique flavor of the perfect combination of fire and ice of Irish coffee were actually "seen through" one by one. At this moment, the teacher finally said," You can follow suit." As if I had received an imperial edict, I immediately rubbed my hands.

Because of the process of foaming milk, most people need to learn for two days to make it, so I had to give up this one-day experience. Beautiful cappuccino can not do, the heart can not help but some regret. However, the teacher told me, in fact, do not regret, because Espresso is the focus of my study today, although there is no color, but it is the most important coffee, the most high-end one.

Try Espresso

The first step: put coffee beans into the grinder, ground into coffee powder, only to find that coffee powder has to be ground slowly, it seems that there is no solid foundation is not good.

Step 2: After grinding, gently knock the coffee powder in the handle with your hand, and then flatten it with a powder press. Note that the key to this step is the amount of powder, and be sure to flatten the powder, any bad grasp will affect the quality of the final cup of coffee.

Step 3: Next, hang the handle on the machine. The key is to hang the handle firmly on the machine, press the switch, and a cup of coffee will soon come out. However, don't think that the machine automatically prepares coffee, and the maker can take it lightly, because the most critical step is how to master the amount of coffee, which is related to the strength and taste of this cup of coffee.

Step 4: After the above steps are mastered, the foundation of a cup of coffee is basically completed.

To know that a good cup of Espresso, and coffee powder, water temperature, water pressure and filtration time are directly related, each step needs to master skillfully, of course, beginners like me is almost impossible to make a good cup of Espresso. However, I feel that my taste is good.
