Musk cat coffee is commonly known as "Kopi Luwak".

The civet, a small animal that lives only in Bali and looks like a fat marten, usually likes to eat wild ripe coffee fruits. After eating indigestible coffee beans, with the excretion of poop, there are special people behind to pick up the cat shit. Coffee beans fermented in the intestines and stomach of civets are particularly delicious to make coffee. Because it produces very little, it is now the most expensive coffee in the world. If you take out a hundred US dollars, you can probably buy a couple of coffee powders, often a fake.

When I got to Bali, I put down my luggage and went to find civet coffee as soon as possible. Originally thought that this kind of famous product, even if it is a fake, must be found in the depths of the alley. Who would have thought that the people of Bali are not at all reserved? where there is a cafe in the streets, there must be a sign: authentic civet coffee. It was all over the street, it was hard to tell whether it was true or false. I saw a group of wives sitting there smiling with a cup in each hand, as if this had become a must-experience tour to Bali, which made me very boring.

Chatting with Balinese people, I found that although this civet is famous, life is not easy. Originally pure nature, live a carefree, eat and pull a happy life. Unexpectedly, human beings don't even let go of cat dung. Now there are very few wild musk cats in Bali, and they all become captive. They hear the work number every day, eat hard and then shit. Comrades who fail to produce materials will also be forced to pour mashed bananas to keep their intestines and stomach lubricated. I can't bear to hear it.

Until the last day, I could not help but order a cup of civet coffee to taste. 120 yuan a small cup, taste like a double Mantenin plus a little earthy smell, mellow, not bitter, not sour, not on the level, after drinking, there is nothing. I also feel that it is really special, perhaps because I suspect that I have eaten cat poop.

With sympathy for the civet, I came home to see that the two cats were still fooling around heartless. Happiness ah, although you are only native cats, but in good health, do not worry about food and drink, but also can live a free life of scraping dung balls. One day, on a whim, he grabbed a fat one at home and mixed some small coffee beans in the can of his cat. Over the past few days, I tried to resist nausea and looked at it, but I didn't see any of the coffee beans, but in those two days, it seemed that it was happier to pull the dung strips. I don't know if it was because of eating coffee beans.
