What is the real espresso?
Basically, espresso is the name of a cup of beverage. If cooked correctly, the coffee surface will be covered with a thick golden yellow marble oil, and the coffee cup will be full of very strong coffee aroma. When this perfect espresso is finished, if it is filled with a 60 ml (ml) warmed cup, it will be a cup of espresso. If you add hot milk, it will become cafe é au late', plus hot milk and a little milk foam, it will be milk coffee (cafe é latte'), plus thick foam will become foam coffee (cappuccino), and you can also add syrup, it will become some other coffee drinks with flavor (flavoured). Am ericano, m acchiato and m ocha are also made in this way.
So basically there are no cappuccino and matching varieties of coffee beans, after understanding that the basis of coffee drinks comes from espresso, I believe that coffee lovers will know whether that cup of coffee meets the standard when choosing coffee drinks in the future.
For a long time, many coffee shops have different styles of coffee for their customers to choose from on their menu. When I was on tour to teach coffee in China about three years ago, I met some shops in Xi'an, Hangzhou, Chengdu and other cities that listed espresso, but when the coffee was brought, it was only a cup of black coffee, and the weight was not standard, so there was no pressure coffee machine in the shop. It's just boiled in a siphon pot. The waiter also told me that in fact, they do not know what kind of coffee espresso is. As "espresso espresso" or "espresso" is used in Chinese, they think that as long as it is a cup of black coffee that takes a long time to cook and uses more deeply roasted coffee beans to brew, it will be their idea of espresso. When the author asked again about the word crem a, they did not know how it was coined. As a matter of fact, a similar situation has occurred in some coffee shops in Hong Kong.
Correctly speaking, espresso is not English, the word evolved from the ancient Latin (Latin) "espresere", which means "press hard". Storage of espresso coffee beans will also be more fastidious, because coffee beans are deeply roasted, the volatilization of coffee oil will be strong, when coffee beans come into contact with air, especially affected by moist air, the surface of coffee beans will easily change from glossy oil to dark mute color, then coffee beans will produce mildew smell. Coffee beans after opening must be put in a sealed bottle, preferably in a dry and cool place, never in the refrigerator to get damp.
