Drink less three-in-one coffee. Wang Yu-wen, an assistant professor in the department of agronomy at National Taiwan University, points out that in terms of cost, a cup of coffee worth NT $5 or NT $10 usually does not use coffee beans of better quality. As for three-in-one coffee, most of it is made of coffee essence or coffee seasoning powder, and it is impossible to use coffee beans well, and the sugar and cream are high in calories.

Smell it before you taste it with your tongue. Wang Yuwen warned that do not swallow the coffee, but first get close to the nose to smell the fragrance. Special people should pay attention. Diabetics are advised to switch to decaffeinated coffee; people with hyperlipidemia had better switch to follicular coffee; as for patients with high blood pressure, they should pay attention to the time of drinking coffee and try not to get up early in the morning to avoid a sudden rise in blood pressure.
