The "Gothic style" of the Dutch laboratory is a complex and aesthetic device that uses ice droplets to make coffee. The Dutch laboratory has previously invented many steampunk-themed products, such as the original Steampunk and Eiffel. The project continues to adopt the theme of steampunk. Each structure is built in Korea, using anodized aluminum components, laser cutting, brass adjustment valves, borosilicate glass tubes, and a 150g container cup. The device was co-invented by a group of industrial designers and professional barista jae wong kwak.

The typical feature of this device is that it is perpendicular to the ground, and the warm brewing liquid drips naturally into the lower container. In order to display the equipment, the Dutch laboratory transformed the concept into a beautiful architectural form. The resulting geometry, throughout history, has similar characteristics to the Gothic Monument. The simplified expression of rose windows, medieval curly leaf-shaped flowers, prominently arched by silver, gold and transparent connections and a black surface hinged. Viewed from the top, the whole outline is at an angle of 120 degrees and the triangle stabilizes the structure. Compared with the four-leg design, the triangular support has better structural stability. The coffee liquid container at the lower end of the device is removable. This shape also makes the appearance of the device the most beautiful.
