How to use it:
Turkish coffee is a kind of coffee extraction method which has a long history and is still popular today. In order to make authentic Turkish coffee, in addition to having local hand-made copper pots, it is more important to master the unique cooking methods of Turkish coffee. Raw materials:
1. 15 grams of coffee powder
Need very fine ground coffee powder, similar to the thickness of flour-like feel, try to choose medium and deep roasted coffee beans. Beans must be fresh and ground first, otherwise it is difficult to cook delicate golden foam.
two。 5 grams of sugar
Can increase or decrease according to their own taste, it is recommended to use brown sugar, that is, brown sugar, will not feel very sweet, but also can well neutralize the bitter taste of coffee.
3. A little spice
You can put the right amount of spices such as cinnamon and minced ginger in the coffee, of course, if you are not used to it, you can not put it.
4. 150 ml of water
Pure water, preferably cold water, if you must want to save time with hot water, it must not be boiled.
With the first boiling, a golden foam will be produced.
Operation steps:
1. Add powder
According to a Turk I consulted, coffee powder and sugar should be added in cold water and fully mixed with water before heating. However, according to the results of my own experiments, the coffee will be sour and slightly irritating, which may not be in line with the taste of the Chinese people. So we can add coffee powder and sugar when we boil the water to about 70 to 80 degrees.
two。 Boiling and stirring
Turkish coffee needs to be boiled 3 times, the first and second boiling should be immediately removed from the fire and stirred, the third boiling can be poured into the cup to drink.
3. Pour coffee
Before pouring the coffee, you can rest for a while, so that the coffee powder can precipitate, and then slowly pour into the cup, do not pour too fast, otherwise too much coffee grounds will be poured into the cup.
