Most people mention that creative coffee is just a sign of cappuccino or latte caffee. Personally, I think the soul of a coffee shop lies in service, and the soul of the bar lies in the barista. A good barista should know how to create coffee, and the survival of a shop lies in constant innovation. Here are some notes that I can think of about creative coffee making, please have a look at them:

1. Production speed

When making a creative cup of coffee, consider the production time of this cup of coffee first in the cafe. If it takes more than 15 minutes to make a creative cup of coffee, it is best not to consider using it.

2. Cost control

When making a creative cup of coffee, the cost of this cup of coffee should also be paid special attention, according to the general cost accounting of the coffee shop, it is not easy to exceed 20% of the price. 5. Raw material collocation

There are many things that can go with coffee, such as tea, fruit juice, jam, milk, yogurt, cream, chocolate sauce, wine, carbonated drinks, health drinks, plants, spices, nuts. Fruit, distilled water, etc. In the collocation, we should pay attention to, the collocation of things should not be too complex, as a creative coffee must still be coffee-based.

6. Topic naming

After the creative coffee is made, or think of a good theme before making, choose a good name for this cup of creative coffee, it is best not to choose the name randomly, it is best to name the coffee after the type, taste, as long as the raw material or meaning. Of course, this still has to be changed by the founder himself, and it doesn't have to be changed in the above way, as long as it sounds good. It would be better if there was a deeper meaning in it.

1. The lady's lips

Recipe: one espresso. Milk 100ml with green tea 30ml sugar water 45ml Bailey liqueur 30ml foamed into the glass, red cherry garnish, mug.

2. Maria

Recipe: green tea 2oz, coffee, cream, lemon peel chopped and sprinkled on cream, colorful rice decoration, sugar bag, fancy coffee cup.

3. Frost coffee

Recipe: one coffee, one ice cream ball, chocolate sauce 45ml, sugar water 30ml, about 10 ice cubes, beat in a sand ice machine, glass.

4. Kano or Cappuccino

Recipe: one serving of coffee, right amount of fresh cream, lemon peel, cinnamon powder, sugar packet, add a little brandy or Galian liqueur to increase flavor, coffee 8 points to 1 cup, rotate and add a layer of whipped cream, then cut into thin diced lemon peel, sprinkle cinnamon powder, fancy coffee cup.

Nowadays, many ideas are based on health care and nutrition. Consider using fruits (oranges), tea, spices and nuts as raw materials. Learn the rational use of sugar, because sugar is the regulator of the beverage, more or less will make a great change in the drink, for example, it is like the role of salt in vegetables.
