Bar player:

That is, the contestants, I think the contestants should have a strong ambition, either for victory or for technical improvement, but in any case, the goal for this competition should be set before the competition, which can make the contestants not lose their preparation direction during the preparation for the competition.

Bean baker:

The baker must have a good understanding of the soy nature of all kinds of coffee and be willing to communicate with the bar players during the competition, and it is best to test the competition beans with the bar players, because it is absolutely accurate to drink them in person.

Coach:

Coaches and assistants are team members who are easy to be overlooked by ordinary players, but I think coaches and assistants are absolutely as important as bean bakers. The necessary condition for a coach is to better understand the rules and process of the game than the players. The most ideal coach is, of course, the person who has the experience of judges and players at the same time. Only those who have the experience of judges and players can fully find the technical shortcomings of the players. Even more in-depth understanding of the players in the psychological level of difficulties and setbacks, to know that the preparation for the competition as short as 3 months, as long as half a year to a year, if the coach can draw up the preparation schedule for the players, it is very helpful to the players.

In addition, what the coach has to do is to teach players how to score points in the game, and the more systematic the teaching method, the better.

Assistant:

As mentioned earlier, this is also a role that is easy to be overlooked, but the closer you get to the game, the more important the role of assistant becomes. There are a lot of things that assistants have to do, and it is best to be filled by people who are careful, patient and courageous at the same time. In addition, it is also necessary to be able to accompany the players to practice for a long time. Why, let me explain to you what the assistant needs to do.

First of all, when practicing, the assistant must organize the equipment with the contestants, at least as well as the contestants know all the equipment needed for the competition, especially the positioning of the equipment before and during the competition, because on the day of the competition, the contestants are usually very nervous, so if the assistants also know what the players need, then in addition to helping the contestants quickly locate the equipment. It can also prevent contestants from missing any equipment because of nervousness, which is why careful people are needed.

In addition, during the usual practice, the assistant must help the player simulate the actual situation of the game, including pouring the water out of the cup, removing the coffee after serving, and making a preliminary examination of the player's performance, such as the thickness of the foam, and so on. this is a bit similar to the coach's job, except that it takes longer to stay next to the bartender to do repetitive work, so it takes patience.

Finally, there is courage, because I think the closer to the game, the more people will care about the player, but if the player already has a coach, the assistant must timely help the player filter out too much interference, which is often ugly, so it takes a little courage, and it may be difficult for people who have never been a player to understand, but you can imagine that you are a player with two weeks left in the game.
