Ingredients (4 servings)
4 raw egg yolk
4 teaspoons sugar
80 ml milk
40 ml of chilled coffee
4 tablespoons vanilla ice cream

Make coffee and let it cool.
Pour 4 raw egg yolks, sugar and milk into a cooking machine and stir until frothy
Pour it into the coffee and stir carefully.
Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on each plate and pour coffee over the ice cream
If you like, put chocolate and carambola on the side; slice to garnish
Try this with a spoon.
