ingredients
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
½ teaspoon cocoa
1 teaspoon sugar
3 deciliters of pineapple juice
One double espresso.
Pineapple and cocoa for garnish

Add sugar and cocoa to coffee and refrigerate to cool
Mix ice cream, pineapple juice and a small amount of coffee until frothy. Pour over the frozen coffee.
Finally sprinkle with cocoa powder and garnish with pineapple at the edge of the plate

Ingredients (4 people) 4 raw egg yolks 4 tablespoons sugar 80 ml milk 40 ml cooled coffee 4 tablespoons Vanilla Ice Cream method to make coffee wait for it to cool, pour 4 raw egg yolks, sugar and milk into the cooking machine, stir until foamy and pour into the coffee, carefully stir one spoonful of Vanilla Ice Cream on each plate and pour the coffee on the ice cream if you like.
