Last Updated: 2024/11/03, The sweet flavor of early spring: 1 tablespoon cocoa, 1 tablespoon sugar, 3 liter pineapple juice, 1 cup double espresso, pineapple and cocoa, add sugar and cocoa to the coffee, cool in the refrigerator, mix ice cream, pineapple juice and a small amount of coffee until foamy, pour on previously prepared frozen coffee and sprinkle cocoa powder on the edge of the plate.

ingredients

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

½ teaspoon cocoa

1 teaspoon sugar

3 deciliters of pineapple juice

One double espresso.

Pineapple and cocoa for garnish

practices

Add sugar and cocoa to coffee and refrigerate to cool

Mix ice cream, pineapple juice and a small amount of coffee until frothy. Pour over the frozen coffee.

Finally sprinkle with cocoa powder and garnish with pineapple at the edge of the plate
