ingredients
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
½ teaspoon cocoa
1 teaspoon sugar
3 deciliters of pineapple juice
One double espresso.
Pineapple and cocoa for garnish

Add sugar and cocoa to coffee and refrigerate to cool
Mix ice cream, pineapple juice and a small amount of coffee until frothy. Pour over the frozen coffee.
Finally sprinkle with cocoa powder and garnish with pineapple at the edge of the plate
