Ingredients (2 persons)

300ml hot coffee

5 tablespoons powdered sugar

4 tablespoons whipped cream

40ml Kahlangha Coffee liqueur

20ml brandy or Cognac (a brandy from France)

2 tablespoons chocolate sauce

A little cinnamon powder

1 tablespoon of chocolate powder for embellishment

Practice

Mix Kahlyogha and chocolate sauce well and season with cinnamon according to your taste.

Pour into two warm glasses, add coffee and stir well.

Add milk foam and powdered sugar to the coffee with a spoon and garnish with chocolate powder.
