Coffee bean roasting software Artisan records the roasting curve of fine coffee beans
Brief introduction
Artisan is software that helps coffee roasters record, analyze, and control roast profiles. When used in conjunction with a thermocouple data logger or a proportional-integral-derivative controller (PID controller), this software can automate the creation of roasting metrics to help make decisions that influence the final coffee flavor.
Artisan is a software that helps coffee roasters record the temperature curve of the roasting process, as well as analyze and control the quality of coffee roasting through Artisan. By connecting the computer to a "temperature recorder" or "PID controller" (proportional-integral-differential controller), Artisan can automatically create baking curves to help bakers make decisions to change the final coffee flavor.

Two varieties of coffee are classified into Arabica and Robusta
At present, the main varieties of coffee grown in the world come from two original varieties: Arabica and Robusta. The planting methods, growth environment and other conditional characteristics of the two are different, and even the caffeine content is quite different. Arabica Robusta is mainly found in tropical Central and South America, Madagascar in west-central and eastern Africa, and Indonesian species in Asia.

The Italian condensation of the most common concept of espresso in Europe and the United States
Start with the result that 30cc/ 30sec gets a perfect Espresso. These two values of course depend on beans, and the differences in baking method, baking degree and formula ratio will naturally lead to changes in the reference point. The amount of extraction is inversely proportional to the extraction time: the more the amount of extraction is, the shorter the contact time between coffee powder and hot water must be (avoid excessive extraction). On the contrary, when extraction
