5. Shake the mixture of milk and foam up and down so that the foam is concentrated on the top of the milk as much as possible, so that it is easier to control the ratio of milk to foam, and then scrape off the thicker foam with a spoon.
6. Then shake the mixture of milk and foam in the right proportion so that the foam and milk are completely mixed together.
