Especially for the concave structure of a single powder bowl, unless the equipment in recent years uses the standard of 7g powder many years ago, it will appear that the flow of water through the middle of the pressed powder is obviously shorter than that through the outer ring, which is easy to form a channel and the extraction of the outer ring is insufficient.

My experience is to make a single piece of powder into a hilly shape, and then fill it vertically, so that the "density" of the powder in the middle is higher, slightly lower on both sides, and extracted as evenly as possible, but this is not very intuitive and requires more testing and experience!
