Coffee cookie making ingredients for coffee snacks
Ingredients: 128g of high gluten flour, 60g of corn starch, 12g of cocoa powder, 5g of coffee powder (pure coffee powder), 125g of butter, 80g of powdered sugar, 40g of egg juice, 3-4 drops of rum 5ml
Manufacturing process
1. After the butter is softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar and beat with an egg beater until the color becomes lighter.
2. Add the egg liquid in two or three times and beat well with an egg beater. Each time you have to wait for the butter and eggs to fully blend and then add it again.
3. Pour vanilla extract into the butter paste and beat well, then add rum and beat well.
4. Coffee powder + 1 tablespoon of hot hydration to cool, pour into the butter paste and beat well.
5. Sift the high gluten flour + cocoa powder + corn flour into the butter paste and mix the flour and butter paste with a rubber scraper to form a uniform cookie batter.
6. after the cookie batter is ready, put it in the laminating bag, cut a small cut in the front part of the sharp corner of the laminating bag, cover the laminating mouth outside the sharp corner of the laminating bag, squeeze the cookie batter on the baking pan with the laminating bag, and squeeze out different patterns according to your preference.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes and then bake out. Seal and store after cooling.
