Through this way of encouragement, coffee farmers in Brazil have not only gained practical benefits, but also virtually improved their planting skills.

The raw beans selected from the origin of illy coffee were sampled and sent back to the head office, and the two groups of coffee experts carried out detailed chemical analysis and actual taste test approval at the same time before making large purchases. The electronic scanning system designed by combining the experience and knowledge of coffee experts and sophisticated technology provides the strictest check for the quality of illy coffee beans.
