3. Rest time 10min~1h: rest aside for a while (can also be refrigerated). At this time, the coffee powder will expand, so it is a little cloudy. Put for a short time, the taste will be lighter, put a little longer the taste will be more distinctive, more special.

4. Stir the coffee again and filter the coffee: finally, stir it gently, then filter the coffee with a filter cloth and drip filter, then add ice and pour into the cup. But if you hate the special smell of filter paper, it is recommended to use filter cloth.

Tip: coffee beans are ground in the same way as hot coffee. "medium grinding" is recommended here. When making iced coffee in the above way, the quality and aroma of coffee beans will have a great impact on the taste of coffee. Be sure to use "fresh beans", "deeply roasted coffee beans" and "favorite bean flavors". Do not use acidified aged beans.
