Lake Tawa is located in the Gayo mountain area north of the province of Thailand (Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam). In Indonesia, which crosses the equator, the rainforest of Lake Tawa has abundant rainfall and fertile volcanic loam soil for coffee production. It is also known as Gayo Mandheling / Gayo Arabica / Takengon Mandheling, which is located in the Gayo mountain area north of the province (Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam). However, due to the remote location and inconvenient transportation, coffee cultivation did not begin until 1924, and most of them did not use agricultural organic cultivation.

Indonesia is the largest group country in the world. Arabica coffee was introduced and planted during the colonial period of the 18th Netherlands, until modern coffee production ranked among the top five coffee producers in the world. The main production regions are located in Sumatra, Java Java and Sri Lankan Sulawesi. The northern part of the mountain is relatively high above sea level. Aceh, the province where Lake Lake Tawar is located, and Lake Toba, where Lake Toba is located, is located in the northern province (where Lintong is located), which is the main Arabica coffee producing area.

Wash the coffee fruit

Giling Basah is a traditional elimination method unique to the coffee industry in Indonesia. Coffee production in this area is done by hand from weeding and fertilization, picking ripe coffee peaches to peeling, waiting for the tide on the ground, the beans are initially washed, the beans are fermented at 10-12 hours, and then the fruit and floating matter are removed manually. The moisture content of raw beans is still 30%-50%, that is, the drying time of raw beans can be shortened by removing the oven and then continuing drying. After about 2 days of drying, the moisture content of raw coffee beans can be reduced to 12.13%. It is called turquoise because it chooses a grain of more than 18 mesh (18 Sc+) plus the outer shell of a turquoise. Varieties include Catimor (Portugal artificial breeding), Caturra (Brazil mutant), Typica (original species), Sidikalong, flavor: cream, grass, cedar, spices, dark chocolate, sugar mellow, rich fat, rich taste, caramel almond tail. It is a pity to add Xiongxiong Mei Yo to have an oblique rest in the stomach of the chimpanzee on Hanchai Street.
