There are eight main producing areas of Ethiopian coffee: Ekempti, Limu, Illubabor, Djimma, Harrar, Teppi/Bebeka, Sidamo, Yirgacheffe.

Ethiopian coffee is highly rated in Taiwan, especially the three well-known producing areas of Ethiopia, namely Harrar, Sidamo and Yirgacheffe.
