Coffee heat preservation
The improvement of coffee utensils made purely from a practical point of view to increase the fun of coffee drinkers is basically only one thing, that is, coffee heat preservation. It is very important to keep the coffee warm. The right temperature is very important, neither too high to scorch the coffee, nor too low to make the coffee half-cold and not hot, so that people do not have a sense of accomplishment. There are probably two ways to keep the coffee warm, one is to put the brewed coffee in a pre-heated container that can keep warm and insulated, and the other is to heat the coffee continuously.
The container with the function of thermal insulation is by far the most technically feasible way. No matter how gentle the heating is, continuous heating will destroy the wonderful and complex flavor of coffee.
Fortunately, whether in the coffee making process or after the coffee is finished, there is no shortage of containers that can provide thermal insulation for coffee. The automatic filter coffee machine can directly put the brewed coffee in a container with thermal insulation function, and there are a variety of machine models with this function at various prices. The corresponding design has also been added to the French kettle. Compared with the conventional glass body design, the new design uses metal or plastic containers with thermal insulation.
Another way to keep coffee warm is to place a heating device under the coffee container, such as the heating plate on the common drip filter coffee machine, or a milder heating method such as candle heating, and adding a thermal insulation coat to the outside of the French kettle. People who like to filter coffee by hand put the coffee container directly in a container containing hot water. Find a pan or anything large enough to fit into your coffee container, add water to it, then heat it gently over a low heat. Keep your coffee pot in hot water for a long time while enjoying the coffee. Of all the coffee heat preservation methods, this method has the least impact on the aroma and flavor of coffee.
