Natural treatment of Kintamani in Bali
John brought you this coffee from the beautiful kintamani volcano in Bali, naturally treated (Natural), and is organic coffee, certified by both organic and rainforest.
Major coffee-producing regions and countries in the Indonesian archipelago
In the early days, coffee in Bali was mainly sold to Japan, but it has also increased in the United States and Europe in recent years. Like the fate of many poor coffee-producing countries, high-quality coffee is all exported in exchange for foreign exchange, and you can hardly buy good coffee if you go to Bali.
Below is coffeereview's blind test of the coffee from Bali, with a final score of 89. There are two reviews of the coffee on coffeereview, one with a low score and one with a score of 91.
Main idea:
Moderate baking evaluation time: October 2011
Blind test results:
It has obvious aromas of brandy, berries, a hint of wheat and dark chocolate in the wet aroma. The taste is rich and sour. It tastes thick, like syrup. The sweetness in the aftertaste is obvious. The flaw in the beauty is that it has a little mixed smell.
Note:
This coffee has been certified by organic and rainforest certification, indicating that the growing environment of this coffee is relatively clean, which is conducive to environmental protection and sustainable development. Bali is a beautiful and charming tourist destination in Indonesia. The amount of coffee produced here is not very large. Only high-quality coffee can be exported. The taste of this coffee fully reflects the characteristics of "natural treatment", with outstanding sweetness and mellowness.
After getting this bean, I baked it back and forth several times. at first, I baked the beans according to the Mantenin system, but found that there was no sweetness of Mantenin, but the bitterness became more obvious as the temperature decreased, and the constant adjustment finally found the right spot. I also let a few friends try, and the overall feeling is still very good. What makes me feel most unusual about it is the aroma of its wine, the sweetness of the entrance is obvious, and the sticky taste is also very good.
On a cold winter day, a full-bodied Bali kintamani organic coffee can take you to the beautiful tropical beach and feel the warmth and leisure brought by the sun and sea.

Colombia is the world's largest exporter of washed coffee, and the name Colombia is all too familiar to many coffee drinkers. Most Colombian coffee you can see on the market is named after supremo or excelso, but this is actually the Colombian way of grading, that is, by head (supremo is greater than excelso).
