About the production method: Siphoning can be divided into two schools. One is to pour coffee powder into the upper pot before the water in the lower pot has entered the upper pot.(There is a saying: 'siphon such as uphill, hand flush such as downhill' that is to say, this way is to extract coffee in the case of rising water temperature, while hand flush is to extract coffee in the case of continuous cooling), the other is to wait for the water in the next pot to completely enter the pot and wait for the water to stabilize before pouring coffee powder, and then extracting, in this we take the second way of operation, the first interested players can try it themselves, not in depth here.

Operation steps:

1. Installation siphon pot: no matter how the siphon pot looks, the general shape is similar, divided into five parts: upper pot, lower pot, base, cover and filter. Start extraction: Pour the coffee powder into the top pot, tap the coffee powder with a stirring stick until it is completely immersed in the water, and then start stirring (Stir clockwise or counterclockwise, but remember to stir in one direction, do not stir back and forth), from the beginning of stirring to the end of extraction for about 1 minute, some players like to count the time to extract, is a good habit, but aesthetics do not like timing, usually I stir twice, each time about 20~30 times, so that the extraction time is controlled in about one minute, and good quality coffee beans boil, poor quality coffee beans do not boil, the time is not fixed, Players will adjust with experience later, and will not be detailed here.

8. Complete extraction: time about one minute, remove the next fire, quickly wrap the next pot with a cold wet towel prepared in advance (this step is very important, the temperature of the next pot is still very high when removing the next fire, and the temperature of the coffee liquid in the upper pot is low, the coffee liquid flowing down from the upper pot will be scalded by the high temperature of the next pot), the glass of a good siphon pot can withstand such high temperature and low temperature conflicts, as long as you buy genuine products, you don't have to worry about the next pot will burst.
