How to preserve Fine Coffee
Go to the coffee taste network to exchange
The preservation of coffee beans is one of the controlling factors in the taste of a cup of coffee.
Things to note when saving:
1. Try to buy fresh coffee, usually one-way valve packaging, please pay attention to the production date on the packaging, of course, the closer to the purchase date, the better. It is recommended to buy half-pound packages, even if you need a pound of beans. Because the package is not opened, the shelf life of coffee can be extended appropriately.
2. Open coffee beans should be stored in a sealed bottle away from light. Choose a well-sealed bottle and try to keep it away from direct light. If your sealed bottle is transparent, use dark paper on the outside of the sealed bottle.
3. Please don't store coffee beans in the refrigerator. This is not the right way. Too low a temperature locks in the aroma of coffee.
4. Drink your coffee in two weeks, which is why it is recommended that you buy half-pound coffee.
5. If there are conditions, it is best to have a bean grinder to grind beans before brewing coffee. If it is purchased, please ask the coffee shop to grind them. The preservation time of coffee powder will be shortened. Drink as soon as possible. Because coffee is ground to a powder, it increases the contact area between coffee and air, and the aroma and flavor evaporate faster.

On the Color difference of cooked Coffee beans Coffee beans are different in color
Occasionally received customer complaints, reflecting the color of coffee beans there is a color difference, as well as a little different sizes, and thus question the quality of coffee beans. We are very distressed by comparison. China's coffee consumption market has just started, and then Xiaobai's problems must be explained repeatedly. I am really tired and helpless. First of all, let's think about it: who will be there when eating in a restaurant?

Coffee fruit harvest time when coffee trees are harvested in different regions
The vast majority of coffee fruits are picked manually. In order to ensure the quality of coffee, pickers need to identify which fruits are suitable for harvest and pick them one by one from the tree, which takes a lot of energy and time. In this era when the tide of science and technology is sweeping in, such humane manual work is very precious. (due to different planting areas, the receiving time also changes.)
