1. Basic conditions and requirements of the base
1.1 continuous and have a certain scale, the area should not be less than 100 mu.

1.3 there are no pollution sources around the base, such as chemical plants, paper mills, professional farms, garbage treatment plants, hospitals and sewage pipes, etc.

1.5 Pesticide spraying tools and other agricultural appliances should be stored in a fixed place.
two。 Requirements for the management of record planting bases
2.1 formulate the management system of the planting base, and establish cultivation files according to the base or land, which shall include the organization chart of the base management, the responsibilities of the base administrator and plant protector, the composition list, area and plot map of the base land, etc.
2.2 establish good planting practices and record in detail the agricultural activities in the process of cultivation, including planting, fertilization, weeding, pruning, pest control, harvest, processing, etc.
2.3 establish a management system for agrochemicals, including the procurement, storage, distribution, preparation, application and residue monitoring measures of agrochemicals, as well as import and export records and distribution files of agrochemicals.
2.4 establish a list of optional agrochemicals, which shall include the Chinese name (including trade name), English name, registration number, safety interval, standard specification for function and use and dilution table of agrochemicals.
2.5 establish a harvest and transportation management system to ensure that fresh fruit is harvested after the pesticide safety interval, and record the harvest and flow direction of fresh fruit, including the date, mode, plot and quantity of fresh fruit.
2.6 establish a monitoring system for the inspection of toxic and harmful substances, including sampling methods and frequency, testing items, testing methods, etc.
2.7 establish a batch management system of raw materials to ensure traceability of exported plant-derived foods.
2.8 the records of the base shall be kept for at least two years.
3. Requirements for the management of agricultural materials in the record planting base
3.1 the agrochemicals used in the planting base must meet the requirements of China and the importing country, and the storage and use of agrochemicals explicitly prohibited by China and the importing country are strictly prohibited.
3.2 A special person shall be responsible for the procurement, storage, distribution and recovery of agrochemicals, and have corresponding records, which shall be kept for at least 2 years.
3.3 there are detailed instructions for the operation of agrochemicals, instructions for the composition of agrochemicals and testing certificates.
3.4 there are management systems for the procurement, acquisition, preparation and use of agrochemicals and their effective implementation. Agrochemicals have complete preparation equipment and can be used accurately.
3.5 Agricultural chemicals and plant protection equipment shall be stored in a special warehouse.
4. Conditions and requirements of plant protection staff in filing base
4.1 have some professional knowledge of cultivation and plant protection, trained by the management department and have qualification certificate or plant protection certificate.
4.2 be responsible for the prevention and control of diseases and insect pests and the use and management of agrochemicals during cultivation, and establish sound traceable records.
4.3 be responsible for monitoring the environmental hygiene of the base, the operation of the surrounding farmland and the occurrence of diseases and insect pests.
4.4 be responsible for the inspection and supervision of fresh coffee fruits, coffee beans and agrochemicals.
