4. Cook. If the ground particles are still large, then you need to cook them. Heat it in a casserole or stainless steel pan with an appropriate amount of cold water. Control the heat well. Cook for 2 minutes until the oil foam overflows. Reduce the heat and cook for another half a minute. Stop fire and settle for half a minute. Pour it out. Filter it with filter paper when pouring out.

5. Seasoning. You can add the right amount of sugar and milk according to personal taste, or drink it directly. This method is simple and does not affect the taste of coffee, but be sure to pay attention to the temperature of the brewing water and the temperature of the coffee liquid, otherwise it will affect the taste.
