Coffee maker (filter paper)
Hand-brewed coffee pot (filter paper) Introduction: Hand-brewed coffee seems to be very high, the actual operation is relatively simple, only need a fixed filter tool container, put the coffee on the top, and then put the container to collect the coffee liquid below, brewing water permeates the filter tool, and the coffee liquid is formed in the bottom container. The disadvantage is that it is difficult to control various variables, and the quality of the product is easy to fluctuate; the advantage is also obvious, the finished product is clean, bright and transparent.
Filter paper hand-brewed coffee steps:
Quantity: 2 cups
Brewing ratio: 1:15
Grinding fineness: 4-6 grade medium fineness filter powder
1: Put the filter paper into the filter cup and wet the filter paper with plenty of hot water to remove the paper smell.
2: Grind 20 grams of coffee powder and put it into filter paper.
3: Inject about 50 ml of hot water, just cover the coffee powder, steam for 30 seconds, release the carbon dioxide in the coffee powder (this step aims to make the coffee stratification uniform, thus improving the extraction effect)
4: With spiral water injection method, slowly inject 300 ml of hot water into coffee powder at a constant speed until it reaches 3/4 height of filter paper. Keep constant speed until the water is always at the same height until the hot water is exhausted.
5: Wait for all coffee to drip, about 2-3 minutes
6: Remove the filter cup and cool it slightly before drinking
The above two kinds of coffee brewing methods and appliances are the most commonly used and easy to learn, the French press pot is more simple and portable, suitable for office workers; and the hand-brewed coffee is relatively complex, the product is cleaner, suitable for home or entertaining guests, and the taste is better.

Iced coffee does cost a little more to supply than hot coffee. Iced coffee, for example, requires plastic cups and straws. This is more expensive than hot coffee from paper cups alone. Ice coffee, as the name suggests, obviously requires ice, which means the coffee shop may need to buy an ice machine. It also adds a little cost. Reason 3 Production
