Introduction to the characteristics of Yunnan Tieka Coffee Flavor Flavor Manor
Tebica and Bobang coffee are the main cultivated varieties since the development of Baoshan in Yunnan Province Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1951, and they are only planted in low altitude areas below 1000 meters above sea level. They have won gold medals in the world. Due to its low production (annual output of about 900 tons), and because its cultivation industry was supported and developed by the Japanese, about 90% of the production was sold to the Japanese market, and the remaining 10%(about 90 tons) was used as the national essence of the tooth sold by the government as gifts and local consumption, and some flowed into developed countries such as Europe and America. In fact, there is no Blue Mountain coffee in China except for the finished product brought back from Japan. The so-called "Blue Mountain Coffee" that has been sold in the Chinese market and coffee bars is actually an old variety of coffee produced in Baoshan.
Tiebika and Bobang coffee were once the main varieties planted in Yunnan coffee planting areas in China (only Baoshan had large-scale planting before 1980s), but they were gradually eliminated due to the following main reasons:
I. Susceptible rust. If it is not discovered and controlled in time, all leaves will fall off within 10 days, resulting in a sharp decline in yield or even no harvest;
Second, the size of the year is too obvious, the yield is high in the big year, the yield is extremely low in the small year, the stable yield is unstable, and the income of the growers is not guaranteed;
3. All along, although the quality of its cups is first-class, the selling price of raw beans is no different from other varieties;
4. Due to the variety characteristics and basically planted in low altitude areas, the grain size of raw beans is generally small, most of which are 13-16 mesh.
With the advancement of science and technology, agricultural researchers have cultivated or introduced new varieties with rust resistance and stable yield, which have begun to be popularized in coffee growing areas throughout the country. Therefore, the coffee cultivated after the 1980s and the growing areas developed have never been planted with the "old varieties" such as Tibika and Bobang, which have neither rust nor stable yield and have no price advantage. Baoshan's original planting has also been replaced by a large number of new varieties. Tiebika and Bobang are called "old varieties" in the planting area. In recent years, with the increase of domestic coffee consumption, the production of Tibika and Bobang is relatively small, and many foreigners have come to seek it, resulting in an increase in its value, which has attracted everyone's attention.
At present, except for Baoshan City in Yunnan Province, all other coffee growing areas were developed after 1980s, so it is impossible to plant Tibika and Bobang. Except for Baoshan City, some people say where he produces iron pica, which is a lie. Some people report the price of 1 kilogram to 50 yuan or less and claim to be AA beans to you, which is also a lie. Because this price, in Tibika, Bo Bang's origin Baoshan can not get.
