The current Constitution of Panama entered into force on 11 October 1972 and has been amended four times in 1978 and 1983, 1994 and 2004. The Constitution stipulates that the three powers of the state are separated and that the President is the head of state and shall be elected by direct election for a term of five years without re-election, but may run for another term. On October 4, 1994, the Pakistani parliament stipulated the abolition of the army and the establishment of a police force. In October 2004, the Constitution made another important amendment, requiring the National Assembly to change its name to the "National Assembly"; the Constituent Assembly as the third way to amend the Constitution; to abolish the post of Vice-President; and members were free to nominate for election, with each member retaining only one alternate. Parliament

The Panamanian National Assembly is a unicameral system that exercises legislative power. It is composed of 70 members who are directly elected for a term of five years. The current Parliament was formed on 1 July 2009, and the seats occupied by the various parties are as follows: 36 seats for the Democratic change Party (member of the ruling coalition), 17 seats for the Democratic Revolutionary Party, 12 seats for the Panamanian Party, 4 seats for the Nationalist Republican Freedom Movement (member of the ruling coalition) and 1 seat for the people's Party. Sergio Galvez, chairman of Congress, was elected on July 1, 2012 for an one-year term. [5]

Judicature

Judicial power is exercised by the High Court and the State Procuratorate. The High Court has nine judges appointed by the government and approved by Congress for a term of 10 years. President of the High Court Alejandro Moncada Luna. National Attorney General Anna Belfeng has always preferred the strong taste of African beans, and the Central American beans in my impression are almost synonymous with moderates, whether it is Costa Rica or Guatemala. Caribbean island coffee is closer to "juice". And this Panama did give me a pleasant surprise, refreshing fruit acid is obviously more vivid than other countries in China and the United States, and closer to the ripe sweet and sour aroma of the fruit. In addition to being well-balanced and clear, the palate is rich in sweetness and slightly sticky with syrup to enhance its smoothness and vitality-except for the floral and citrus flavours, the overall taste is not inferior to that of Rosa Hartmann, perhaps the most famous coffee family in Panama. Old Hartman Ratibor Hartmann Troetsch inherited his father's coffee business in Santa Barbara, the Volca producing area, and established Hartman Manor in 1940. It can be said that Hartman Manor is the pioneer and representative of Volcan coffee producing area. Hartman Manor is located in the Balu volcanic area, the soil is nutrient-rich volcanic soil, and the lush primeval forest forms the best shading cultivation environment. Generally speaking, shaded coffee grows slowly. Can brew a higher sweetness and bright acidity. The Chiriqui Volcan alpine microclimate has also become an excellent basis for the growth of Hartman coffee.

The lowest elevation of the manor is more than 1200 meters, the temperature is suitable, and there are a variety of beans: Tibika, Kaddura, Kaduai, Bourbon, Pachet, Pacamara, Elephant beans and so on.

The Rose Summer Manor in Ninety Plus is all from the Volcan producing area.
