Fushan Cup International Barista Championship ends
It is reported that the Fifth China Fushan Cup International baristas Championship is sponsored by Chengmai County Government, jointly sponsored by Chengmai Fushan Coffee Culture and style Town Management Committee, Chengmai County Fushan Coffee United Company, and co-sponsored by Hainan Coffee Industry Association and China Coffee Alliance. The event has been successfully held for four consecutive years in Chengmai.
A total of 24 champions and runners from 12 countries, including Colombia, Britain, the Netherlands, Poland and Germany, as well as China's Shanghai, Hangzhou, Yunnan, Dalian, Xi'an, Qingdao, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Hainan, Hong Kong and Macao, participated in the competition. In accordance with the rules of the International WBC Competition (Note: WBC is the abbreviation of "World barista Competition"), contestants are required to complete the production of 4 espresso, 4 cappuccino and 4 creative coffee in 15 minutes. The one with the highest score wins after being judged by 7 Chinese and foreign international judges.
