Three types of coffee
1. Arabica species (ARABICA)-- the original Isabia coffee species, accounting for 3/4 of the world output, has good quality, the color of coffee beans is green to light green, the shape of beans is long, the grooves are zigzag, the taste is mellow, and the characteristics are obvious. Because the coffee tree itself is very sensitive to heat and humidity, it is suitable for planting on hillsides with good displacement from 1000 meters to 2000 meters above sea level. The growing climate should not be too humid, but it still requires a continuous rainy season and abundant rainfall. During the day, they like mild temperatures and less than two hours of direct sunshine, so local farmers have to plant many tall plants that do not take nutrients from the coffee trees to shade the coffee trees. At night, they want to have about ten degrees Celsius, but the temperature should not be too low, because too warm will make the coffee berries grow too fast to produce small, strong, hard and high-quality coffee beans: in case it is too cold to frost, the coffee trees will freeze to death. The caffeine content of this variety is low (1.1 MUR 1.7%). The higher the altitude, the better the quality of the baked coffee beans. With these characteristics, the promised land suitable for growing coffee in Arabica is mostly located in countries with alpine terrain between the Tropic of Cancer, which is also known as the coffee belt (COFFEE ZONE/ COFFEE BEIT).
2. Romda species (ROBUSTA), which accounts for about 20% to 30% of the world's output.
Growing on flat land, it has strong resistance to disease, high yield, round shape,
The side with a crack in the middle is a little convex, the groove is very straight, the taste is poor, and the taste is bitter. However, its unique resistance makes its concentration is higher, the taste is more bitter, and the altitude of planting is 200 to 600 meters. The caffeine content is 2-3 times that of Arabica beans (2%-4.5%). It is cheap and is mostly supplied to the large coffee industry to produce instant coffee or low-cost comprehensive products.
3. Libyan species (LIBERICA)-the taste is too sour, easy to get insect pests, only for research.
The characteristics and characteristics of the three varieties:

Coffee affects sleep?
Many people experience high spirits after drinking coffee and can't sleep. This is because there is a conductive substance called adenosine in the body, which can control nerve activity, causing breathing to slow down, mood to weaken, acid secretion to decrease, and diuretic effects. Caffeine, on the other hand, fakes adenosine, making the body think that the effects of adenosine have occurred, leaving you feeling refreshed, acid increased,
