It's easy to learn to make coffee, but difficult to learn. Coffee making. Yo, ah, look at you. If you have money at home, buy a household coffee machine. If you have patience, buy a set of siphon pots. The expensive ones are several hundred yuan. If you have no patience, you are advised to buy a set of mocha pots or Belgian pots when you think of them. These two kinds of acne are very simple, not as fastidious as siphon pots. If you open a shop, you are advised to buy a set of mocha pots or Belgian pots. Then buy a Taiwan Italian coffee machine, which is the most popular coffee making method in China. For example, cappuccino, latte, mocha, Kobolan and so on are all made by opening coffee machines. The coffee machine can be bought automatically, as long as you add materials. One click to produce the finished product, but not so particular about craftsmanship, nor semi-automatic flavor. Here we will briefly talk about the usage of several tools. Siphon pot: (if you buy, you usually have a mixing piece to send) generally, the coffee brewed in a siphon pot is a single product, also known as Eslite, pure product, which generally refers to a single coffee bean, such as Colombia, Brazil, Mantenin, Kona and so on. Coffee beans are not introduced here, and they all have their own characteristics when they have time to search on the Internet. The finished product of a cup of coffee is usually 60CC, so first of all, we add hot water around 70CC in the lower seat of the siphon pot (that is, the semicircle or round glass bottle) and heat it on the Cass stove (here it is recommended to buy a small Cass stove, which is about the size of an alcohol lamp and can be inflatable, it will be said on the Internet that the alcohol lamp can be used, but the brewed coffee does not taste good.) After that, pour the ground coffee powder into the siphon pot with the strainer buckled. When the water in the lower seat bubbles, insert the upper seat into the lower seat, rotate it, and wait for the lower seat water to rise into the upper seat (finally, it will tumble and steam. You'll know when you read it), stir it three times with a blender, turn on the low heat, and burn the edge of the siphon pot. Here, pay attention to the place where there is water, but do not heat it in the center. This is good for the upper seat coffee to tumble, heat evenly, stir and turn off about four times after 40 seconds, and after all the coffee flows into the lower seat, pull out the upper seat and pour the coffee into a heated cup, then a cup of coffee will be made. (here is just a simple description of the production of the siphon pot, the details are not introduced, there should be tutorials online, of course, every barista's notes are different, this is just my personal cooking method. You can learn your favorite cooking method on the Internet. Mocha pot: there is also a lower seat and upper seat, but the difference is that the mocha pot is all metal, and the powder filling is also inside. The mocha pot can probably pour 70cc or so coffee. Operation: first, turn the mocha pot and pour hot water around 75cc in the lower seat. If there is no measuring cup, you can add the water to the air outlet of the lower seat (note here, remember to insulate with a towel when injecting hot water into the lower seat), and then put the powder bucket into the lower seat. Soak the filter paper to cover the coffee powder, cover the upper seat, twist it tightly, put it on the stove and cook it. Wait for the mocha pot to bark and you can taste the coffee. Belgian pot: this kind of pot is the simplest. It is composed of a glass bucket and a metal bucket, with a water pipe wrapped with filter cloth in the middle. First, pour the ground coffee powder into the glass bucket, then add 400cc hot water to the metal bucket, put on the metal tube sleeve, tighten the metal tube cover, and light the alcohol lamp. When the coffee in the glass bucket returns to the metal bucket, you can taste the coffee here is 1: do not add water to the glass bucket. Do not pour coffee powder into the metal bucket, this is wrong, 2: generally do not need to turn off the fire manually, and so the metal bucket is filled with coffee, the fire will be turned off automatically. 3: remember to loosen the lid on the metal bucket before receiving coffee, otherwise coffee will not flow out. The Belgian pot is a principle of hot expansion and cold contraction. Finally, the coffee machine is not introduced. After all, this machine is very complicated. Besides, if you join you to buy a coffee machine, he will give you training in the store. I only play so much and my hand hurts. I hope it will be of some help to you.
