In December 1994, the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia was formulated. Thus it can be seen that the raw beans in this area are extraordinary.
Sidamo Coffee beans are grayish, thick in some places and small in others, with soft and strong acidity, mellow and sweet and spicy. It is one of the courtyard coffees in the highlands of southern Ethiopia. It is different from ordinary African coffee in that Ethiopia Sidamo has clear acidity, smooth taste and exquisite floral smell: Sidamo is located in the south of Ethiopia, extending to the administrative districts of Arsi and Bale in the east, and Gamogofa in the west. Sidamo coffee is cultivated in 1400m-2000m above sea level. The industry here is dominated by agriculture, and the main growing area of coffee is around the Great Rift Valley (Great Rift Valley) of East Africa. The largest town in Sidamo is Hawassa, which has developed rapidly in recent years.
