Colombia 100g raw beans, cooked beans 84g, second explosion first drop beans, 1 minute cooling. It takes 19 minutes, the net bottom is 3-5cm away from the furnace plate, the low temperature is dehydrated for 10 minutes, the high temperature is turned on, the explosion begins in 14 minutes, the explosion is dense in 15 minutes, and the first 2 explosions are heard in 18 minutes and the beans are shaken for 1 minute.
Electric furnace: Titan infrared electric furnace NTDL-1 125W, temperature adjustable.
Happybob fyfht and other people in the forum seem to be like this, I received this morning, say this stove, not counting the express fee, then the price is very good (28 yuan express 20). The temperature is measured with the probe in direct contact with the furnace plate, which is about 320 degrees in low gear and 510 degrees in high grade. It seems that the temperature can be adjusted infinitely, but in fact there are only 2 gears, and the lowest temperature of the low gear is actually the same as the maximum temperature of the low gear. I don't know if this is the case with happybob, or there is something wrong with my furnace.
Raw beans: Colombia, the production area is unknown, Chengdu Anan bought in four seasons, except for a little old, the quality and price are very good, 1KG only picked out less than 15g of bad beans, but about 100g of round beans.
Hand net: it is suspected that the explosion of my previous hand net 1 / 2 is not obvious, and it is suspected that the temperature is lost too fast. This time, I wrapped a layer of tin foil on the outside of the hand net.
Dehydration at low temperature for 10 minutes
The high temperature begins in 11 minutes, and the first burst occurs in 14 minutes.
The first sound of 18 minutes 2 burst, turn off the fire and shake the beans for 1 minute, the fan cools.
This time, you can obviously hear 12 explosions, and they are more concentrated. I don't know whether it is the reason of adding tin foil or firepower. In the past, the first explosion was very sporadic, occasionally 12, and lasted for a long time. The second explosion was basically heard, and it had already passed when it was heard.
DC is a little DC from a long time ago, but it can make do with good light.
Oh, my hand net is double-layer. In order to see the temperature difference between the electric furnace and natural gas, an electric thermocouple probe is inserted in the middle of the two-layer network, between 160-170 for low-grade dehydration and 240-270 for high-grade (not the temperature of beans, at the bottom of the hand net). As a result, it was inserted too close to the stove plate and found out when the beans were cold and ready to pack up.
It feels that a small amount of baking 100g-150g 1250W is enough to cope with the second explosion. Fyfht seems to have baked 250g beans (deer roaster) with this furnace, but is not sure that more than 200g can be pulled smoothly to the second explosion.
Just now I first came into contact with baked beans a month ago. It seems that I didn't bake the 1KG Yunnan for nothing.
