World Coffee Science Conference held in Kunming
With the theme of "sharing coffee scientific and technological progress", the meeting focused on coffee chemistry, coffee agriculture and biotechnology, coffee agro-ecology and breeding, coffee consumption and human physiology, coffee roasting and its technological process, and held 14 special academic reports. The purpose of this Congress is to evaluate and exchange innovative scientific and technological knowledge of coffee, encourage research on coffee in all relevant scientific fields, and establish a scientific and practical knowledge base.
