The following is the relationship between the grinding degree of coffee powder and the extraction method:

1. Suitable for fineness grinding: Turkish copper pot, mocha pot, espresso machine.

3. Suitable for roughness grinding: dripping coffee machine, dripping filter pot.

Medium and fine grinding: filter paper brewing

Brewing with filter paper is a relatively easy and hygienic method. The special filter paper for coffee is alternately bent and placed in a drip coffee pot. Put 10g coffee powder in a cup of coffee, gently shake and drip the coffee pot to flatten the coffee surface. Carefully pour boiling water on each inch of coffee powder. In order to extract the delicious ingredients of coffee, it takes about 20 seconds to cook. Depending on the amount of coffee, pour the right amount of hot water outward from the center, in the way of drawing a circle, and wait for the coffee to be dripped into the tray.

Moderate grinding: drop bubble of flannel filter screen

Its bubble method is more or less the same as filter paper, but the coffee taste is more detailed, it can make the coffee bitter. Remove the strainer from the water, gently wring the water with your hands, the plush facing out, pour the coffee powder into the strainer, gently shake, drop the boiling water into the coffee, from the center to the surrounding, do not inject too much at a time to avoid coffee leakage. The coffee powder begins to expand, creating fine foam, lowering a few drops of coffee liquid from the filter. When the coffee liquid turns light brown, immediately remove the filter, sometimes mixed with impure substances in the foam, the taste of coffee will become worse. After the impurities are extracted, the central part will not sink, and there will be no foam left on the surface.

Fine grinding: water drop method

Use the coffee to dissolve with water, slowly extract it from the water, and pour the water into the pot. The filter paper is fixed in the cylinder filter tube, put into the coffee, and fixed by the upper light pressure to soak all the coffee powder in water. After the combination of the filter tube and the coffee powder cup is completed, the adjusting drip suppository (about 40-42 drops per minute) can be extracted in about 5-6 hours.
