What brand of coffee is the most caffeinated?-espresso caffeine content
Shepherd Kaldi's observation of his sheep may be correct, but it may not necessarily have the same effect on humans. Although people believe in the link between caffeine and sleep, there is little evidence that the link is correct.
The study found that most people know how to use caffeine, which is not difficult. Just don't drink twice as much espresso in the middle of the night. This is nonsense!
Still, some experiments allow people to unknowingly drink caffeine to sleep, which surprisingly doesn't affect their sleep too much.
People always put the blame on caffeine
Not only does it affect sleep, caffeine is also thought to be harmful to health. They blame caffeine for a variety of ambiguous problems, such as headaches, poor sleep, palpitations, and so on.
First, extraction time. The longer the time, the more caffeine is extracted.
Second, the water temperature. The higher the temperature, the more caffeine is extracted, like siphon brewing with boiling hot water.
Third, the variety of coffee beans. High-end Arabica beans contain about half as much caffeine as Robota beans.
The false impression of espresso = high caffeine seems to have taken root in everyone's mind. In fact, the real espresso beans are usually roasted deeply for a long time, and there is not much caffeine left. As for the remaining little caffeine, it must be extracted for a long time before it can be dissolved.
The lighter the coffee is roasted, the more caffeine it is. If you use the same coffee to make drip or Italian, the result is the same.
But only if you do how much. For example, 15g of coffee powder makes a double espresso (2-3oz coffee). An ordinary drip can probably make a cup of coffee with 8-12oz. Caffeine is the same, or basically the same. It takes a little more time to drip bubbles, so it will be a little more, but it won't make much difference.
Dark roast, the longer the baking time, the more caffeine is lost and the stronger the flavor.
The shorter the cooking time, the less caffeine. Espresso is less than ordinary coffee, which is relative. For example, the latte of 2 shot or 2 shot is less than one cup of filtered coffee and less than that of French pressure cup.

For example, in medium frying, the degree of weightlessness of 15% will produce 23% of the extracted solution. However, when the same coffee beans are fried to 18% weightlessness, only 21% will be produced.
