Hand coffee
Hand-brewed coffee is also called filtered coffee. The filtered coffee is not light and slippery, although it is not mellow, it has a unique flavor. This method is also used as the main way to make individual coffee in many coffee shops.
Operation steps:
1. Combination kit and filter paper on cloth (pay attention to folding in half).
2. Grind the powder into the filter paper and shake off the coffee powder.
3. Dig a small hole in the noodle.
4, the first water injection steaming: slowly circle the small hole to inject water, do not exceed the small hole, until the coffee powder expands to the highest point.
5. Stop the first water injection: until the coffee powder eliminates the expansion.
6. second water injection: pour water in a circle outside the circle and then return to the center point, waiting for the coffee powder to expand and spread out again.
7. Stop the second water injection: stop before the coffee powder is fully spread.
8. The third time of water injection: start after the second expansion of coffee powder collapses. Circle water from the center to the outer circle, not to the junction of coffee powder and filter paper.
9. Stop the third water injection: stop the third water injection after the coffee powder noodles are fully expanded.
10. The fourth water injection: after the third water injection, the coffee powder after full expansion collapses and begins to inject water, and the water injection mode is the same as that of the third water injection.
Finished: the production will be completed after the coffee powder after the fourth water injection collapses.

About the siphon coffee maker
Siphon coffee pot, also known as Syphon. It was developed by Robert, an engineer of the Scottish Navy. Robert Napier invented it in 1840. Although the siphon coffee pot is called "siphon pot", it has nothing to do with the siphon principle, but uses water heating to produce water vapor, resulting in the principle of hot expansion and cold contraction, pushing the hot water from the lower seat to the upper pot and waiting for the next pot to cool.

How to use a drip coffee maker?
Brewing coffee with a filter cup is a quite economical and convenient method. Its principle is the same as that of American coffee, but it seems simple but actually requires considerable experience. It is even more difficult than siphon coffee. If there is enough kung fu, it can make a cup of coffee of a very high level. Its key point is whether it can handle the amount of water and speed.
