It was not until some time ago that I accidentally saw a new minipresso of someone I followed and said that it was very easy to use and tasted okay, which attracted my attention. Later checked, the price is indeed not expensive, if really as said taste reliable, easy to operate, you might as well have a try, even if you are fooled, it is not distressing.

Usage:

1. Take a flat cup of coffee powder with a coffee powder measuring cup, 7 grams

two。 Pour into the powder bowl, gently flatten the dosage cup, place it on top of the extrusion handle, and cover the top.

3. Fill the bottom cup with water below the internal scale and cover tightly with the extrusion handle. I usually use 95 degrees water.

4. Turn the body of the kettle in one direction, squeeze the button in the middle and turn it back in time.

5. Press the speed of one second, squeeze a few times and you can see that the espresso is extracted below.

When the new machine was used two or three times in the first two or three times, it began to be extracted after about ten times, and then the extraction began at about six or seven, and the first few times were all in the pre-impregnation stage.

Note:

It is recommended that you do not clean the machine immediately after making coffee, because there will be a small amount of residual 90-degree water in the water cup, so if you wash immediately, avoid burning hands. If you wash it after drinking coffee, you won't have this worry. But when cleaning, be sure to rinse more and dry the water of each part, place it for a while and air dry naturally to avoid moisture inside and keep it dry.

After the last two or three weeks of trial, basically I am very satisfied with this product. It is really small and convenient, easy to operate and satisfactory. Due to the great improvement in the convenience of operation, it has also led to a significant increase in the frequency of drinking espresso than before. Basically, it is very easy to drink one cup a day. It used to take two or three months to buy an one-pound bag of beans, but now you can try to finish it during the best flavor period, so as not to lose too much flavor. Sometimes if you want to do an experiment or something, you can start it right away without waiting or planning in advance. As for the taste, I don't think it is worse than what I used to use the Delong machine before, or even feel a little better. Secondly, the surface grease is obviously better than the product of Delong household machine, what is extracted is the real grease, while the espresso extracted by Delong household machine seems to have a layer of grease, in fact, it is completely thick bubbles, disguised as grease, rookies who do not understand are easily fooled into grease.

If there is anything uncomfortable with the experience during this period of time, the only regret is that due to the limited capacity of the water cup and powder cup equipped with the machine, you can only do one shot at a time, not double at a time. If you want to drink a double, you can only press it again. But for portable devices with such a high performance-to-price ratio, this deficiency is also completely tolerable. After all, it is only a product of two or three hundred, and the taste of the product is no less than a thousand big machines, but it saves electricity, space, water and time, so there is nothing too demanding. It only takes two minutes to flush an extra shot, so easy.

As for the purchase advice, it depends on the situation of each person. I don't recommend that everyone have one. It all depends on the amount of coffee you usually drink, and the Italian mill with good performance at home is the best, because the quintessence espresso needs very fine powder, the general entry-level hand grinding effect is not good, and it is easy to grind your hands to make a string of beans. If you don't have a good mill and want to buy this for Italian style, you can only buy those illy ready-made coffee powders in the supermarket, try to pick the latest ones and finish them as soon as possible. Because generally speaking, fresh coffee beans should be cooked within a minute or two after grinding, while the time required to make espresso is faster and shorter, otherwise the flavor will be lost very quickly. The best coffee must be the freshest roasted beans and freshly ground, while the commercial coffee powder sold in supermarkets can only be used as an alternative, not too high or too personalized.
