Maybe coffee tastes different every time.

A few things to note about coffee:

1. Water quality must be guaranteed.

2. The amount of water discharged at the bottom should not exceed the safety gate (circle). If it exceeds it, it will become caffè lungo, a type with more water content but more caffeine. The specific situation is unknown. I only know that some people like it, but it is still normal for health.

3. Coffee powder is piled up on the filter and becomes a pyramid on the line, without flattening, or someone is used to flattening it and poking 3 holes with matches. This is to ensure that the amount of coffee powder is sufficient, otherwise it will affect the taste of the coffee.

4. Then tighten it and put it on a slow fire to flush! (Must be screwed tight or coffee will spill out of the middle seam)

5. As soon as the sizzling sound is heard, the coffee comes out, and the lid should be opened immediately to let the water vapor out. Wait a few seconds, before the coffee completely comes out, turn off the fire, so that the last coffee water at the bottom (this is the "waste water") also comes out, do not cook all the time, otherwise the coffee pot will be reimbursed.

6. Open the coffee powder if it is not canned, find a tasteless jar to put it in, otherwise it is easy to damp.
