Driven by curiosity, Binbin began to search the Internet for everything about coffee and began self-study. Unexpectedly, he became infatuated with coffee and resigned from the hotel to work in a coffee shop. At that time, she didn't know where the courage and courage came from. After less than a year of learning coffee, Binbin won the championship of the 2015 World baristas Competition in Fuzhou, beating many experienced baristas who have been in the industry for many years.

I asked Binbin, do you think you won the championship because of talent or your own efforts?

Binbin said that the reason why she was able to win the championship may be due to her own seriousness and high demand for detail.

In fact, Binbin decided to participate in the competition only two months before the competition, and then began a very strict pre-competition training. Each action has been repeated countless times, even if the game is very nervous, but the physical memory is still there, can still be done well.

Because of the blockbuster of the coffee contest, Binbin became famous in the coffee circle. When everyone thought she would continue to make coffee in the cafe, she decided to go to Los Angeles to study business.

Binbin said that in order to continue to study business, she saved tuition fees for a long time. Coffee is a lifetime thing, but the sooner you learn and learn, the better. The coffee culture in the United States has a long history, so she wants to go out and experience it as soon as possible.

Binbin's study and life in the United States made Binbin feel extremely full. as long as she was free, she would "sweep" cafes in Los Angeles.

Binbin is a girl who is addicted to collecting. Every time she meets a cafe she likes, Binbin collects cups from the cafe. She will collect both paper cups and porcelain cups. A little adds up, and now she has collected more than a hundred cups from different cafes.

Binbin said that most cafes in the United States give people a very casual and comfortable feeling, whether it is the decoration of the store or the atmosphere. Unlike in China, coffee is a very common drink for them, just like Coke Sprite. This has always been Binbin's attitude towards coffee: it's just a drink, and I happen to like it very much.

Maybe every barista has a dream of opening a coffee shop.

Binbin is no exception. Long before he went abroad, Binbin came up with the idea of opening a coffee shop. By chance, her friend found a good facade on Daming Road in Fuzhou, and the two girls hit it off and settled. Name it Double i coffee.

When he was in Los Angeles, Binbin liked beans from Verve, a well-known American coffee brand. In Binbin's view, their coffee beans are rich in aroma, more flavor and, more importantly, high quality. Coffee beans tend to come from the number one coffee farms around the world and are sold exclusively around the world, such as Elida Manor in Panama.

Binbin felt that such a good coffee needed to be enjoyed by more coffee lovers in China, so he went to the Verve headquarters to discuss cooperation, and finally moved the other party with his sincerity and strength, and won the only cooperative agency of the Verve coffee brand in China.

In addition, Binbin specially inspected the stores of Verve and other coffee brands and packed up and bought all the cups, utensils and other things she liked. In order to open her ideal coffee shop in Fuzhou, she did not hesitate to sell her hard-earned Mercedes-Benz.

So, any coffee cup you see in Double i coffee, there is no doubt that these are coffee cups carefully selected and transported back by Binbin from various cafes in Los Angeles, many of which are limited editions.

Double i coffee is positioned as a boutique coffee sharing experience hall, and the whole store is dominated by Tiffany blue, showing a fresh and clean atmosphere. Main boutique coffee, as well as espresso and handmade cakes.

Perhaps the average cafe has only a few boutique coffee choices, but there are more than a dozen types of coffee on the Double i coffee menu. Binbin said frankly that opening a cafe is a very poor and bitter thing. But she has long been psychologically prepared that the coffee shop takes a lot of time and experience to cultivate, both the guests and the coffee shop itself.

Compared with the mainstream market, boutique coffee is still a relatively niche culture, and the general public will not know the difference between lattes and Yega cigars.
