When he first came here in 2015, he was inexplicably excited to see the old workshop preserved so intact, as if he had discovered a treasure. He soon rented it, planning an innovative renovation of the old factory building.

He also added a lot of functional areas, to transform this boiler room explosion into a comprehensive living space.

Mottled walls, worn-out glass bars... designers have put a lot of effort into preserving it. They are in sharp contrast to the brand-new table and chair facilities, which seem to give people a sense of space through.

If you look up carefully at the patio, you will see these two large funnels. Formerly used to deliver coal to boilers, the designers hid the air-conditioning facility in the space of the funnel, and now it has become a device used to deliver cold air.

Boiler coffee in addition to space design is very distinctive, food varieties are also full of new ideas. All the dishes here are real laboratory tools, measuring cups, beakers, test tubes, needles... Milk, pudding, ice cream, sugar...
