Coffee farmers in Poquete adhere to tradition, grow coffee in an environmentally friendly, natural tree-lined manner, and select traditional varieties suitable for local growth (such as tibeka), seeking sustainable management to produce high quality coffee. With passion for coffee and ambition for the international market, Ruiz continues to expand its business territory, from cultivation and processing to marketing and export trade. Casa Ruiz, S.A. integrates the entire industrial chain, focusing on the growing fine coffee market.
