Arabica doesn't mean good coffee!

The area where coffee grows is about between the Tropic of Cancer, so this zone is also known as the coffee zone (Coffee Zone). Good Arabica coffee plantations are usually high above sea level, with volcanic ash as the best soil, sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. The best way to meet such conditions is to plant coffee under the east side of the tree, otherwise the planting area should be shrouded in clouds in the afternoon. But the latter must be matched by the innate environment and cannot be forced.

Even coffee grown in Arabica can vary greatly in quality depending on the way it is grown and in different regions, which is why Arabica coffee accounts for 65% of the world's production, but real boutique coffee is still rare.

For example, although Brazil is the largest coffee producer in the world and most of its coffee is grown in Arabica, because most of the coffee in Brazil is grown on plains at very low elevations, its quality cannot be compared with that of coffee beans grown in high-altitude mountains. Of course, these mediocre Arabica coffee beans can only be used as raw materials for instant coffee or canned coffee (or higher quality instant coffee or canned coffee)!

So please pay special attention to the fact that what is marked with Arabica does not mean good coffee. Really good coffee needs a lot of harsh conditions to make.
