Carmen Pandora Pandora del Carmen-Pacamara: Pandora is the award-winning growing parcel of Pacamara. Incht Manor has three Pakamara growing plots, Bahas, Pandora and Patagonia (highest altitude). Interestingly, the land is in the middle of the elevation every year, and the average elevation of 1750 meters produces slightly higher coffee scores.

Every year, Incht Manor only submits the growing Pakamara of this plot to bidding for auction, which is divided into three lots according to the time of picking, Carmen, Concepcion and Fatima. Each batch has its own character according to the different harvest date.
